We produce a wide variety of shafts for many demanding applications. Materials range from 10XX series steels to CrMo-Forgings. We consider ourselves material and process neutral. Processes include: Blanking, Turning, Forming, Spline Rolling, Gear Hobbing, Broaching, Milling, Gun Drilling, Centerless Grinding (Infeed and Thru-Feed), Fixtured Grinding (OD’s and Flats), Induction Hardening, Superfinishing.

Our process development has resulted in tolerances of .005mm on OD’s and .0005mm roundness on some products. Our shafts often require controlling such features and Tp (Bearing Ratio) and Grinding Lead Angle where fluid weepage on a metal seal is undesirable.

We have an established partnership with a local furnace heat-treating supplier for those applications requiring furnace hardening, quenching, tempering, stress-relieving, and straightening.
